In a home care setting you will assist clients with routine activities of daily living and personal care. You will be responsible to provide home care to clients in the areas of:

Quality of Life: relieving caregivers, teaching clients how to live independently, advocating for client independence, encouraging clients to try things to increase independence, playing games, talking, reading.
Activities of Daily Living: waking clients up, bathing and grooming, dressing, assisting with medication, toileting, shopping and meal preparation, eating, housekeeping and laundry, monitoring client status, ambulation and transporting client.

Qualifications:

·Completion of the PSW Certification Program.

·Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
